Upgrade StorageSaving using web not working properly

our web catalog is working fine when using the Firefox connector. If you visit https://babordplus.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com/permalink/f/13d62sb/33PUDB_Alma_Unimarc7157097550004671 the "Primo 2018" translator is loaded and the item is saved as an ebook.
When I try using https://zotero.org/save of Web library > Add by identifier I get a basic web page entry and the Primo 2018 translator is not used so I miss a lot of information.
I know that the web saver is only a fallback solution, but as it is used by some of our users using Zoo for Zotero on Android and adding items to it is using zotero.org/save we would be more than happy if our catalog was working with this solution.
Any advice on something that we should do on the translator side to fix this issue with the web parser?

(The upcoming Android app will of course eventually support saving, similarly to the iOS app and the Connector.)
