Editing word doc saved in zotero

catABheritageconsulting

I have a word document saved in a zotero collection. The original document is saved on my company one drive. We have a subcontractor working for us, who is not connected to our business one drive, are they able to edit the word document?
Ideally, we would like for them to be able to add information to the document. We have tested this, but their additions are not visible to me.

Thank you
