"Problem exporting [citation] to Zotero" from Cambridge Core

As it says on the tin, "Problem exporting to Zotero" when using "Export citation" from Cambridge Core. I have accepted the default permissions, but it appears they are not correctly saved to my account, since I have to accept them every time I try to export a citation. And every time, export fails.

Any thoughts about why this is happening, or what workarounds might help?

Why aren't you using the Save to Zotero button in the connector?

I did eventually.

The source is a book section. I was looking at the contents:

The option to import is on the contents page. That means not having to open the chapter page. I thought it might save time. It didn't.
