Unable to copy citations in Zotero - only shows [1]

I'm having an issue with Zotero where I'm unable to copy citations properly. When I try to copy a citation, it only shows the citation number in brackets like [1] instead of the full formatted citation. This is happening when I try to copy citations from my Zotero library and paste them into Word or other documents. Has anyone else run into this problem or know how I can resolve it?

That *is* the citation in numeric style. If you want references, copy the bibliography
