How do I build the info file?

I found a pdf of a 1981 Scientific Article. I have the author's name.

I have had success by enclosing the article title in quotes and searching (maybe also include the author's lastname outside of the quote.. Then link to the article -- especially to the article on the journal publisher's website. If a regular search in Bing, DDG, or Google doesn't work, try Google Scholar (maybe try GS first). Even if you find it on GS, I, from experience, will always link to the publisher for metadata that is both more complete and accurate.

FWIW, I just do this by hand for older docs, where the online metadata tends to be pretty bad.
