Upgrade StorageiPad Zotero not syncing pdfs, only some

The files in two collections on my Zotero are not syncing all pdfs, probably some 40%. I see the names of the files and the links, but the pdfs are not attached, though I do seem in the PC version. Online version is the same as the iPad one, pdfs are not there. I followed all the steps from https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing.
I would be grateful for any help!
