Authorization page does not close automatically

It says,

Connector Authorization Complete

You have authenticated successfully. This page should close automatically. If it does not, please generate a report ID and post on the Zotero forums.

I did not find options to generate report ID. I cannot cite sources, the google doc page is stuck on "Zotero is updating your document. Please wait..."

https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems#provide_a_report_id

You can provide a Report ID from both Zotero and the Zotero Connector after this occurs.

@tcgb: It turns out this would've just been due to the permissions you granted the Zotero Connector. If this still isn't working for you in Safari, see here:
