Cannot see debug output log on iPad

Hi all,
I've been trying out Zotero on a borrowed iPad and love it so far. However after opening the app today, I've found that it showed 2 sync errors. To find out what those where, I enabled debugging. When tapping on "View Output", however, I only see a white rectangle without any content in it.

I could still create a Debug ID, which is D2012243466.

I would be grateful for any pointers on how to see the debug output (or what causes the sync errors).
  • Can you please check if the sync issue still occurs with the new version 1.0.20 that just came out. If so, please do send a new debug log.

    Before the update there were 2 sync issues, now there's only one. The Debug-ID is D1543846909.

    The issue of not being able to view the debug log persists.

    And a small side note: the info about the sync issues now pops up as just text above the tag field in the library view, where it's quite easy to miss and quite hard to tap.
