Create report from item not working

I was just using this option and it was working. But it has now stopped working. Any idea what is causing this? I closed everything that was part of what I was previously doing, including Zotero. No luck.

If you're running any third-party plugins, disable them.

Restart Zotero and if necessary our computer.

Beyond that, we'd need a Report ID.
