I can't capture the pdf of English profiles, or I can capture the snapshot of English profiles. But I can capture the pdf on CNKI.

You're saying the PDF isn't attached when you save from that URL? That should work.
Can you provide a debug ID (different from an error report ID) from Zotero (not the connector) for saving that item?

There's no attempt to save in there. Be sure to reload the page before saving, or else it will just reopen the save popup without trying again.

The site is using Cloudflare bot protection, and the Zotero app is hitting a Cloudflare challenge page. I'm able to save from that page, so this could be related to your location, or you might have tried to download too many files at once. You'll need to download the PDF to disk and drag it to Zotero.

This would be site-specific.
