Unable to sync on my laptop

Hello, I re-installed Zotero on my Mac laptop, now trying to sync my library. Every time I try it I get a sync error saying that username or password are incorrect. I am using the exact same login details that I am using on zotero.org so no idea how to solve this issue. Hopefully someone can help. Many thanks in advance. All the best, Lina

    You tried too many times with the wrong credentials and are temporarily blocked. Try again in 30 minutes or reset your password.
