Right-click option to apply tags to selected items

Is it possible to add a right-click menu option in the main Tags pane that allows you to apply the clicked tag to all items selected in the catalog (middle) pane? The option to use a color-tied number works for so few tags and requires you to remember or look up what number you assigned to a color.

There should be a menu option for accessibility, but you’re aware you can drag items to a tag in the tag selector?
