Use an existing entry for a book (edited volume) to create entry for a chapter/section

If I've already created a Zotero entry for an edited volume, is there a way to use that entry to create an entry for a chapter/section without typing in all the information again (assuming I have not found a DOI or such to do it automatically)?

Install the Zutilo plugin and it will add options to the right click menu for items to do this (and there reverse)

These are now built into Zotero. No need for Zutilo for that operation (though it's otherwise a very useful add-on)
