How can change " for «»?

Hi,
On one PC, Zotero 6.0.27 cites in ASA 6th with quotation marks (") and on another with the same citation in Latin quotation marks («»). How can I change it?

    Did you set the same language in the document preferences on both PCs? Setting to English (US), English (US) or Français (France) will produce ‘, “ or « , respectively.

    Specifically in your Word document, in the Document Preferences window in the Zotero tab, set both documents to use Français language

    It was a problem in the language of the citation. In Zotero, I changed the option "Spanish (Spain)" to "Spanish (Chile)" [my region] and the quotation marks changed.
