Upgrade StorageZotero 7: Cannot add/view annotation comment when outline is shown
When the sidebar is open and the document outline is selected, one cannot add or view a highlight comment:
1. Open the sidebar.
2. Display the document outline in the sidebar.
3. Highlight some text.
4. Click on the highlight to add a comment. Note that there is nowhere to type.
Similarly, for an existing highlight that has a comment, clicking on it does not show the comment.
When the sidebar is open and the document outline is selected, I would expect that an annotation popup would be displayed (as if the sidebar was closed).
This is using 7.0.0-beta.44+64a78412c (64-bit) on Linux.
