Recently I had to reinstall windows 10 on my pc. since then the firefox plugin is not working.
I have sent the debug report to the site.

adomasvenSome other extension in your browser is most likely blocking the Zotero Connector. You should disable other extensions, restart Firefox and see if that helps.
