Importing annotations in bulk?

Is there any way to either import annotations across multiple entries or to at least filter for entries that have imported annotations? I made a search for annotations, it brings up all pdf's with annotations. However, I want to convert external annotations to Zotero annotations, but currently must search each record with annotations to find the foreign ones, which in a large library is very time consuming.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
