Limit number of authors to 3

Hello,

I am seeking to know how to apply the following to my Word document using Zotero.

1) Double space the reference list.

2) Using the format according to the Mary Ann Liebert Vancouver style, how can I list all authors and/or editors if there are up to 3 authors/editors. If there are more than 3 authors/editors, list the first 3 followed by et al.?

3) Abbreviate Journal names as per MEDLINE style with no period.

4) Ensure that references for journal articles include year of publication;volume number(issue number):complete page range/article number; doi, and not include the month and day, [Internet], a cited date, or a URL.

    Are you trying to submit a paper in a specific journal or is this just a personal preference?

    It is for a submission to a journal.

    Can you tell us which journal?
    I'd rather make a custom style and add it do the database than help one individual in the forum in a thread that doesn't even mention the name of the journal and can't be found by anyone (and needs some expertise and will to actually adapt a citation style).

    Of course, I am a new Zotero user and this is the first time I learn about and use this online platform. I was not aware of how assistance is provided here and by whom.
    The journal is LGBT Health.
