Which styles are missing number of pages?

As of 2.0rc1, Zotero is now capable of handling the number of pages for books and theses
for those coding:
<text variable="number-of-pages"/>

If anyone is using a repository style that should have the number of pages, but doesn't currently, please post here - ideally with a link to a styleguide and a sample citation - so we can update the respective styles. Thanks!

    This early work on macro extraction might be of use in tracking down related styles? (The dump.py script lists up which styles use each unique macro -- by content, not by name -- in the repository). Looking down the road at where this might go, might it be helpful to have a note of the contact details of someone with an interest in each style recorded in the library metadata (not necessarily in the published style) ... ? Maybe a Zotero forum handle, noted when someone asks for tweaks or advice. Just daydreaming. Maybe there could be an admin site for style issues.
