Replace the Zotero field

After updating the latest version in Zotero , I could not use the proper citation via MS Word it shows that 'Replace the Zotero field ', how can I overcome this.

    That wouldn't have anything to do with the Zotero update. You'd get that if you clicked Add/Edit Bibliography while your cursor was on top of an existing Zotero citation. (Possible there are some other cases where occurs, but same basic idea.)
