Problem with Zotero plugin with LibreOffice
I am working on Scrivener, so I have spent days entering all the scannable cites on 500 pages, and now I need to get to the final stage. I am following these instructions, which I had tested on smaller documents :
1) compile to .RTF
2) open RTF with LibreOffice
3) Save a copy as .ODT
4) run ODF scan with Zotero
5) open ODT with LibreOffice
6) In document preferences in the Zotero plugin for LibreOffice, set the citation style to MLA 9
7) Save a copy as .DOCX under a different name (… TRANSFER)
8) open .DOCX with LibreOffice
9) In document preferences in the Zotero plugin for LibreOffice, select “Switch to a Different Word Processor…”
10) Save !!! (Cmd + S)
11) Open the DOCX with MS Word
12) Click Refresh in the Zotero plugin for MS Word
I HAVE to do this with my 500-page document, but the problem occurs at stage 9:
I try to click on the Zotero plugin, and it crashes. I has done it several time.
When I as for details, it sends me to the following page:
https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents
After that, I am able to click on the Zotero preferences, but the option “Switch to a Different Word Processor…” is not there anymore.
I really don't know what to do.
I hope someone can help. I didn't expect this, and really running short on time...
