Can't open zotero "Erreur de mise à niveau de la base de données"
REPORT ID : I am unable to provide a report ID. My ZOTERO VERSION is : 6.0.27 (mac)
1. I open ZOTERO
2. The following message pop up :
"Erreur de mise à niveau de la base de données
Error: Error(s) encountered during statement execution: NOT NULL constraint failed: itemTypeFieldsCombined.orderIndex [QUERY: INSERT INTO itemTypeFieldsCombined SELECT itemTypeID, fieldID, hide, orderIndex FROM itemTypeFields UNION SELECT customItemTypeID + 10000 AS itemTypeID, COALESCE(fieldID, customFieldID + 10000) AS fieldID, hide, orderIndex FROM customItemTypeFields] [PARAMS: ] [ERROR: NOT NULL constraint failed: itemTypeFieldsCombined.orderIndex]

3. Then ZOTERO ask if I want to check for update, I click on search for update
4. The following message open : "No update found, there are no updates available. Zotero will check periodically for updates"
5. My only option is to click on "OK" and ZOTERO closes automatically.
TRY TO FIX tHE ISSUE:
1. I switch off and then on my computer.
2. I uninstall and install again ZOTERO.
3. Reporting Startup Errors :
3.a : I can't access the Help menu
3.b : I start Zotero via the command line.
3. c : I open "terminal" and paste "/Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/MacOS/zotero -ZoteroDebug"
3.d : It opens a Debug output window with 2 options : "submit" and "clear" but nothing else is written on this page.
3.e : If I open the help menu "rapport d'erreur" a window "rapport d'erreur zotero" opens with no text but 3 options "cancel, go back, continue". I can only click on cancel.
