Data Syncing Display an Invalid Security Ceritificate

We use Zotero at a private hospital. An error appear when we set up username in Data Syncing on the Zotero windows app. The error is "Your Connection is likely being monitored, and Zotero has not been configured to trust the intermediate server. Error: api.zotero.org uses an invalid security certificate." Is the hospital proxy or firewall not accepting the certificate?
