Freezing while adding a citation with Zotero 6.0.27

    When I try to add/edit an existing reference I get a loading icon and everything freezes. I have to quit Zotero by right clicking on the icon on the dock as it won't let me use the menu bar at the top - the loading icon keeps going and I can't get a curser

    When I reinstall the old Z .26 I don't ge this problem

    OK, that's not the same issue. I've moved this to a new thread.

    What exactly is freezing? Word or Zotero?

    Can you reproduce this in a new, empty document?

    I will reinstall 27 and try

    Well it was going this all last week and earlier today but now is fine! It is fine editing and changing the order of references and from a new blank document.

    Can I come back to this thread if it happens again please?
