Zotero Browser extention error in Innopac system

In attempting to scrape a citation from an Innopac instance at:

library.colgate.edu, specifically:

http://library.colgate.edu/record=b5928649~S5

the following error message is displayed:

"An error occurred saving with Library Catalog (InnoPAC)
Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead."

I did note that the browser extension in Firefox was updated yesterday (26 Sept).
