Upgrade StorageIgnore diacritics over latin letters when searching
It would be very useful if diacritics were ignored while searching. For example, a, á, ä, ă, â, å, etc. should all be considered equivalent.
Many websites strip the diacritics from latin letters, but some of them don't. Some sites will only strip them from certain letters (e.g. from ő, but not from ö). Thus the same author name may have several versions in the Zotero database.
