Zotero add-on in edge says "Zotero is disabled"

Hi all,

I have an issue with an extension in edge, it tells me "Zotero is disabled" and now am unable to use it.

what can do to ensure it stats working or to enable it.

Could you paste what you have in the URL bar when you see the "disabled" notice?

Yes, @bulima, most likely you're viewing a PDF with the Acrobat browser extension or another PDF-related extension. This won't happen if you save from article pages as adamsmith says, which is the recommended way of saving, but you also probably want to uninstall the Acrobat extension in your browser so that you're able to save PDFs directly when necessary.
