Zotero reads reference a and b

I have a problem with Zotero. It keeps the same author's name and year as a and b. Although I already clear the multiple references. Please help.

If it still shows suffixes after clicking the Refresh button in the Zotero tab in Word, then there are still citations to multiple items. This might be duplicates in one library, copies of the same item in different group libraries, or a citation in your document that’s orphaned and disconnected from your library (eg, if a co-author inserted it from their personal library).

Systematically go through your document and replace each citation with the “b” suffix with the one with the “a” suffix (or vice versa).
