Advanced Search: how to find "ends with"?

Zotero Advanced Search has options for "is", "is not", "begins with", "contains", and "does not contain". Is there a way to search for "ends with" a term? I'd like to be able to take out trailing periods in DOIs, or to identify all titles ending with a "?" or a quotation mark for example, so I can give extra care to the way they appear in the bibliography.
Standard regex syntax obv doesn't work.
