The annotation external link generated by the .html file in beta is valid.

When I used beta version, I found that the highlighted link in the .html file could not be opened from outside application,e.g. obsidian, but the .pdf file could.
  • I'm not sure what you mean there. Could you provide a specific example?

    When we copy highlighted annotations to other applications ssuch as obsidian, they will be copied in the format"

    {highlight}} {citation}} {comment}}

    ". For example, the link I copied from the pdf file, "highlighted annoatations in pdf file" ([PDF]( zotero://open-pdf/library/items/JM8WX4NG?page=1&annotation=9DCDG3BU ))can be opened in obsidian. But the copied links I annotated on the HTML files, such as "highlighted annotations in html file"([PDF]( zotero://open-pdf/library/items/GV87JH33?page=NaN&annotation=KCSPM48Z ))can't be opened in obsidian,even if in Edge.The annotation links generated by HTML file seem to be invalid.
  • The title should be "The annotation external link generated by the .html file in beta is invalid".
  • The link [pdf](zotero://open-pdf/....) generated by pdf file is valid, but link generated by html file is invalid.
  • Yes, we are aware about the issue. EPUB or snapshot annotation link has invalid page number page=NaN. We'll fix that.
