Folder in "My Library" is not appearing on website

Hi there,
I am having a lot of trouble. I added several new folders under my library, but when I log on to the website and go to my library they are not there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    If you're getting a sync error, changes in Zotero won't show up on the site.

    Do you see an error icon to the left of the sync icon? If so, click on it to see the error, which most likely is telling you to upgrade to the latest version of Zotero.
