Upgrade StorageCannot download Zotero Connector for FireFox
Hi,
I've been trying to download the firefox connector, but it won't finish downloading. ever. it is stuck on the 'downloading and verifying add-on...' and won't proceed. i do not have this problem with any other extension.

dstillmanedited September 22, 2023That would be a problem with your Firefox installation or network connection. The Zotero Connector is a standard Firefox extension like any other. It's not hosted on addons.mozilla.org, though, so something on your computer or network may be blocking the download attempt from Zotero servers. You can try downloading the XPI with another browser and installing it into Firefox manually.
