Word for Mac keeps crashing when adding citation with 6.0.27

laurieleo99 · September 21, 2023

I see a number of posts from a few months ago, with the recommendation of reverting to 6.0.26 which I have done. (Twice, since it seems an auto update brought be back to 6.0.27). When will this crashing issue be resolved?

If this is an institutional computer and you have CrowdStrike installed, when your IT department updates CrowdStrike to include the fix. There's no problem in Zotero for us to fix.
