Trouble changing email address

Two of my students are having trouble with their Zotero accounts. Both are unable to add a new email address and remove their old one from their account. We followed the recommendations on the discussion forum to do so through this link, with no luck. Thank you for your guidance.
  • What problem are they having adding a new email address?

    A primary email address can only be removed from the account if a new email address has been added and verified.
  • Thank you for your quick response. They followed the instructions to do so via the https://www.zotero.org/settings/account link, and neither had luck. I will follow up with them during this afternoon's class to get a screenshot and more details of what happened.
