Upgrade and misplaced PDF
I did two Zotero-related things this a.m. (My first mistake!) I upgraded to release 2.0rc1 and I moved my storage from /home/me/zotero to my Ubuntu One disk space...so that I had a nice backup for my indispensable collection of PDFs.
I adjusted the Properties within Zotero to reflect the new location of storage, and I can now see my meta-data nicely within Zotero. But, when I try to view a PDF (say wtih Show File) the PDFs come back "not found" .
I have checked, and the PDFs and the associated storage data structure did make the transition from the old directory to the new directory (as expected) and I don't think Ubuntu One's particular features are doing anything odd, so does anyone know why I can't find my PDFs from within Zotero. (using the Show File) command. Surely Zotero only knows the relative path from the storage directory to the folder for the item in question?
At least I know they are still on my disk!
Thanks,
