disappearing columns

I need help! the middle pane of my screen now has only 2 columns, and no longer shows the date of accession or other fields. Can anyone help me to find the disappearing columns? Many thanks

Right-click (ctrl+click) on the column header in the middle panel and add the columns you want -- can't tell you why they disappeared: for some reason the state of your app must have reset.
