Problem with syncing

I have a problem with syncing locally stored bibliographies with the online accounts, and this has happened on two different accounts and on different PCs.. Anytime I try to sinc my account and give username and password, I receive a message 'Request time out', although I am 100% sure my credentials are correct. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue?

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt to set up syncing? Or are all network connections in Zotero just broken for you? In case of the latter, see Connection Error.
