Could not connect to the WebDAV server on iPad

I was syncing my files via webdav4shared without any problem until one day (I imagine after an update) it stopped working. It was unable to download the files on the iPad, however, it was syncing. It was showing the recently added file on the computer. I tried to reinstall all the apps and log in again and nothing. At first, it couldn't verify the server on the iPad, now, it cannot do it either on the computer and it's giving me this error ID.
