Upgrade StoragePatent: 'Issue Date' input changes to incorrect date after pressing Enter
filled in relevant information for Patent hosted on Google. Issue date of '1966-02-22' keeps changing to '2017-11-8' by itself. unusual. v6.0.27 windows 10 pro.
