Some words in the titles are in italic and it doesn't appear in italic in word

Dear everyone,

I face two problems with zotero.

1) I put italicized words in the title of some works in my library or some superscript letters with or but they don't appear in the bibliography in word.

for example I don't want "Righteous Sufferer (Ludlul bēl nēmeqi) Chapter III" but Ludlul bēl nēmeqi in italic.

Do you have an idea why it doesn't work?

2) I am using the style Chicago author-date, 17th edition
do you know what I have to change in the code to put in italic the books and name of the journals :

for example

I don't want

Glassner, Jean-Jacques. 1993. Chroniques mésopotamiennes. Paris: Les Belles Lettres.

But I want Chroniques mésopotamiennes in italic

I don't want

Gerardi, Pamela. 1986. « Declaring War in Mesopotamia ». Archiv für Orientforschung 33: 30‑38.

But Archiv für Orientforschung in italic.

That should happen automatically and I'm suprised it doesn't. Have you tested in a new, empty document?

I don't understand. It is working in a new document with less titles but not in the big word document with all my chapters (also with the journal in italic).

I try to erase the bibliography and to add it again but it didn't work.

Maybe it is too big ? The bibliography is 34 pages and the word data 665.
