Word Doc with Zotero, Word crashes (WINDOWS)

When I add a citation in a Word Doc with Zotero, Word crashes and the citation is not added.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Within Word in the Zotero Bar click “Add/Edit Citation” button in the Zotero toolbar.
2. It takes a few moments, then word crashes.

Could you submit a Report ID from Zotero? What's the full version number of Word that you are running?
