Multi-device sync issues

When synchronizing files with webDAV, only pdf is downloaded. You can't open a file with zotero on another device

    Are you using Zotero 7 beta on Windows 10 on the device showing the sync error?

    The devs are investigating. The latest status on this is:
    We've tracked this down to a Mozilla platform regression and reported it to them. It seems to only happen on Windows 10. We should be able to fix it before Zotero 7 final one way or another.
    If you really want to get rid of this sync error, you could try to install the latest Zotero 6 stable (download the .exe file at Zotero 6.0.27 and run it on top of the existing installation, no need to uninstall Zotero 7 beta before), and then reinstall Zotero 7 beta. This worked for me to get rid of the sync error, but it will come back again if you sync more files across devices.
