tag child notes

Hi

I use Zotero online
I'd like to add tags on child notes from an Item (quotes from an article)
however
i don't find any way to add a tag when I click on the notes in the right pannel, and there's no arrow on the middle pannel to develop the item and show the quotes neither.

do you know why and how I could add tags on child notes
