Upgrade StorageReport ID: 1050293340 Rename file with parent metadata - duplicates of labels

When I rename a PDF attached to a Zotero link by right-clicking on the appropriate menu item, double labels are created.
Both labels work for opening PDF.
Removing one of them seems to work - only one shortcut remains in the list. However, emptying the Trash afterwards will delete the attached file and the remaining label.
This always happens with every file.
Restarting Zotero does not remove double tags.
Standalone version of Zotero 0.6.27
Windows 10/64

Remarks.
1. I recently created 2 Zotero profiles, however the problem was observed before when there was only one profile.
2. I changed the location of the data directory; however, the problem was previously discovered.
Since I previously used the automatic rename setting, this was not so unpleasant.
At the moment I don't rename files automatically.
