How do I move a collection from my library to a group?

I have tried dragging it and dropping it into the group, which creates the collection in the group, but doesn't remove it from my library. Can I now delete the collection and items from my library? If I do delete it, and there are items which are also referenced in other collections, will they be deleted from those collections as well?

You can delete the collection if you don't want it in My Library anymore, but yes, I'm pretty sure Delete Collection and Items would, indeed, delete all items in the collection, including those present in other collections (from which they'd then, obviously, also disappear).
