Upgrade StorageProxy ignore doesn't work

I've been using Zotero with good success! I use the proxy management feature to coordinate my journal/database access though the proxy system at the university. This works very well.
However, I also use a Juniper SSL VPN that Zotero supports. Some applications at my employer must be accessed via this SSL VPN. However, Zotero should NOT remember and redirect me through this proxy server automatically.
When I click "Ignore", Zotero does not remember that it should Ignore this proxy. I have to click it every time there's an HTTP transaction to that host. Very annoying!
Is there a config setting I need to change to enable this? Is there a known issue that prevents Zotero from remembering ignored proxies?
