[Z7 Beta] Reader jumps to annotation's location when dragging & dropping it

When dragging and dropping annotations from the annotation pane into the note editor, the document view jumps to the annotation's page. This is not what I'd usually expect (and I think previous beta versions behaved differently?).

1) Are you sure there aren't any plugins enabled?
2) Does it happen immediately after releasing the mouse button when dropping an annotation?

1) I don't have any plugins installed and enabled.
2) Yes, happens immediately after releasing the mouse button.
