Upgrade StorageAnnotation ID's - how unique are they?
Sorry if it's been asked before.
I am using Obsidian with Zotero and looking to use Zotero annotation ID's for Obsidian block ID's. Am wondering if the same ID can theoretically crop up in a different book again (even if the chances are small) or is programmed to be unique.

zanodorNever mind, I can combine Book ID and Annotations ID for an Obs. block ID.
