Faulty bibliography/list of references

Hello, since yesterday, for a reason that is not clear to me, my bibliography has updated. For my master thesis I use the citation guidelines of the APA in the 7th version, which is currently no longer available. Despite several updates and repeated opening/closing of Word and Zotero nothing happens. What can I do to format my bibliography according to APA 7 again? My citations in the body text are not affected. Many thanks in advance!

    What do you mean by "is currently no longer available"? It would be available unless you deleted it from the Style Manager in the Cite pane of the Zotero settings. If so, you can reinstall it from there or reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.
