Empty response from server, error id 747731855

I'm getting an empty response from the server and can't sync. Seems there are some uncaught Java exceptions. I have 5 gb on the zotero storage server. Previously, zotero was downloading and uploading several hundred mB everytime I started firefox, even if I hadn't changed anything. Until it does these downloads, some of my attachments can't be located. I'd to start fresh, and I've tried restoring from local data before, or deleting all storage data from zotero.org, but this hasn't seemed to help.

    Empty response when trying to sync (report IDs 976020628 & 1535820847). Cannot use this function though I've bought storage. Further info:
